While the V-Class is our flagship standard, we adapt to your requirements: premium saloons, executive minibuses, or entire fleets can be arranged on request. You will always retain your dedicated personal contact and our exacting service standards.

Rates apply to our Mercedes V-Class and include all tolls, airport parking fees, and luggage assistance. For bespoke routes — from alpine ski resorts to Venice — we provide guaranteed fixed rates in advance. Individual quotes are available for multi-car bookings and larger groups.

I do not drive every job myself. When I cannot, a driver from our regular circle takes over, and the standard stays the same. Private or business: a smart appearance, a punctual pickup, a calm ride, at the price we agreed.

What to know before your first ride
Why is a city transfer a fixed € 90 rather than metered?
A fixed rate guarantees full peace of mind — no running meters in traffic or during unexpected detours. The € 90 rate reserves a dedicated vehicle and driver at your requested time, regardless of duration or distance within the city.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Please provide your flight number when booking. We monitor your flight and pick you up upon actual landing — at no additional charge.
Where do we meet?
At the airport we wait for you in the arrivals hall, holding a name sign. At the main station, on the platform. You receive our phone number in advance in case you do not spot us straight away.
What if I am delayed arriving at the meeting point?
At the airport, 60 minutes of waiting time are included — counted from the agreed pickup time or the actual landing, whichever is later. At the train station and all other pickup points it is 30 minutes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer against invoice, the usual debit and credit cards in the vehicle, and cash.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and vehicle. Short-notice and same-day requests are welcomed subject to availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancelling is free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup time. After that we charge the full agreed price. The same deadline applies to long-distance rides. If the ride does not happen for a reason outside your control — a cancelled flight, for instance — we charge nothing.
Do you operate late at night or early in the morning?
Yes. By prior arrangement we also drive at night and very early, at no extra charge.
Will you always be driving yourself?
In most cases, yes. Should a scheduling overlap occur, a trusted driver from our regular circle will step in. Your contact person, the agreed fixed price, and the high level of service remain unchanged.
